The Challenge

Open a full service restaurant in a mill built in 1834 with a limited budget and a 8 week renovation timeline which included a new dining room and bar.

Then in 2019 relaunch the restaurant to celebrate its 5th birthday to include new marketing platforms, new menu format and overhaul of service style and pricing.
